Literature Text

It was one mistake
But one
That pushed me from one favor
Into another
And brought me before you
To love
To fight
To fly
And we did

It was one success
but one
That carried us to war
For causes unsung
All our lives
As we thirsted
For skies ever higher
Winds ever cooler
Breaths ever sweeter
And we wondered

It was one dream
But one
That tore me asunder
from your side
To the bed of despair
My pride
My joy
My treasure
And I cried

It was one mistake,
But one
That sent me upon the road
Though my body is torn and broken
To find a sky for us
My lover
My friend
My Pegasus
.....You can tell I'm obsessed with the whole Pegasus thing.

The myth so goes that after Bellerophon fell from the sky and the grace of the gods, he broke both his legs and blidned both eyes, cursed to live out the rest of his lfie in wretchedness.

I don't think that he would have just given up and laid in bed with his paraplegic self. He WAS a greek hero. If anything he yearned for the one friend he always had up until that point....Pegasus.

You can read this anyway you want to. Doesn't change my point much.
